We all saw the devastation caused by second wave and no one is in denial. But u know what was the effect of continuous bombarding and display of those images ? Few months after the wave there was a conversation I read on twitter between someone from foreign country and India..that person literally asked..r u Indians still alive? looking at all those pics of pyre burning and reports of deaths I thought everybody had died..There were many with such perception.

Did u see the media from any other country display and make a mockery of their tragedies in this manner?

You are once again focusing on what the others were thinking about our country and not looking at how anyone trying to showcase the truth (beyond the images) was being vilified for speaking the truth.

The cremation ground pics came into limelight because of the desperation with which the Govt was trying to hide the number of deaths actually happening. The number of reported deaths were a complete mismatch with the number of bodies being cremated and anyone trying to report that was being called anti-Indian. You talk about foreign media and other country displays. There were plenty of horrific pics of body bags piled up from western media too

All I am saying is, I highly doubt this is an objective movie based on what I have watched in the trailers and promotions.

The scientists behind the vaccine. We may think they aren't bothered by what media and others say..but of course they get to hear all the stuff. It's just that they let their work speak for themselves

No I am yet to watch this movie but the last paragraph is not there.

I wanted to watch the movie because the central character in the movie the lady is someone I'm well acquainted with.

There was a lot of news about the indigenous vaccine and it's efficacy studies are all over scientific journals.

So I didn't have to watch the movie to judge the content.

The movie aside we did quite well on Covid front despite the shortage of resources.It's no thanks to the current Government's administrative measures.

All thanks to the current government even a respected institute like ICMR came into direpute.

I'm sure this movie is funded by the people who want to point fingers at some one else to cover their own shortcomings while trying to produce vaccine

And thanks for saying that we did quite well on COVID front inspite of people here believing otherwise.

One glaring point I have observed when NRIs compare the living standards in India and elsewhere..they unanimously say healthcare in India is much much better and accessible for all.

My own friends n family have noticed the stark difference having lived in other countries and then moving back to India

It's about development of Indian vaccine and the struggle of scientists working behind it. Read the HT review..it's very objective..gives a clear picture of strengths n weaknesses of the movie.

The ones who genuinely like n believe in science for humanity will take that from the movie..

Those who want to take propaganda would take that..and those who already believe it's all about propaganda with no belief in science will obviously not watch it and just pass judgement on it without watching😅

Bharat Biotech did not follow protocols and they were irregularities. It's efficacy was not enough. They were pressing for release of the vaccine even before the trial results were out/ not satisfactory.

In short while our scientists and medical experts did a great job with a great degree of integrity not the same can be said about Bharat Biotech which produced Covaxin.The government wanted to show they had a vaccine to show off which was not really well tested and whose results were not really comparable to Covishield the other vaccine manufactured from Serology Institute.

Oh is it? But when both my kids became eligible for vaccine doctors strongly suggested to give only covaxin.

My nephew was eligible for covishield still he was recommended covaxin

This movie was always going to flop. No one wants to revist the nightmare that was Covid.

Is the budget 10 crs if it makes more than this then it will be successful
