The Tiger teaser has so few views and likes that it's shocking. Barely 8.5 million views and not even 700K likes yet. I don't think it's going to increase much in the next few hours either.

This teaser is a huge flop - It's struggling to get to 9 million views and stuck in the range of 700K likes.

Hollywood is way different from BW. The metrics are totally different.

Also, HW doesn't restrict their trailers and promos to one account or send copyright strikes. That Barbie teaser was uploaded to lots of different accounts. It's like comparing apples to oranges.
