I am hoping that PapaG remembers his nasty words to Katha and understand what drove her to desperation, and then supports her but hates Viaan for that. Let's see. I do want Maya's truth to come out because otherwise Reet will take the fall (which she deserves) but Maya and Teji will go unpunished. I hope Ehsaan connects the dots and does something when he sees Viaan suffering Katha and Aarav's departure.

Teji is a very cruel mother at this point. Can't she see how happy her son is during these festivities? How does she have the heart to hurt him, that too in such a cheap way. I hope he distances himself from her when he realizes what she did.

JK. I was looking at old episodes and was thinking from where this show went from bringing peace to bringing anxiety attacks. Maya was introduced in episode 190. She was all good. Everyone liked the episode where Ehsan chased down Mr. Mehta.

It all went downhill from the episode 205. In episode 206, they removed Neerja Ji. Honestly that was really annoying. Then, they removed Ehsan from the equation. Last week had been so bad that it is literally affecting entire show and its fandom. To top it off, they added Reet's brother who had no use whatsoever. Just remove him. Shaadi mein aaya hai, shaadi attend kre aur nikl jaaye.

Removal of Neerja ji is indeed making a big impact. Really need her back.

Yes Neeraja was well portrayed by the actress and the character was a support to the FL.

Dont know if the actress quit or her character was eliminated.

Whenever youtube recommends we a old episode of Katha Ankahee, I feel so peaceful and relieved. Scenes and dialogues like this with background music like this. It used to be so much about emotion. So much insight into character's mind. Miss those times 😭. This scene still brings tears to my eyes.

Honestly, I will always remember this show for its first 203 episodes.

Yuvraaj going all in makes sense. The prospect that anyone, just anyone tried to take advantage of your sister and offered her money in exchange of spending night is horrendous. Many people don't understand meaning of spending night, it basically means having s*x. Although, it is kind of hard to believe Viaan had s*x or not because both were equally uninterested in each other. Atleast a question must be asked to that man why he did so. Not everyone is going to assume that it was a test and all that background of Viaan. Anyone will assume Viaan is a pervert asking for ONS to everyone. Anyone will assume, it was a blackmail. Let's see if Yuvraaj is sensible enough not to reveal everything in front of everyone by shouting out everything. But, Yuvraaj still needs more development. A tussle should be there in his mind, from where my sister is looking blackmailed? He should try and ask Katha first. First of all, he should question Reet.

Now, Maya's mindset doesn't make any sense. She doesn't want Viaan to be hurt or involved but, she is doing everything which will involve Viaan and defame him. So, not sure what her grand plan was.

Want to add Reet's brain. What is she thinking, what will happen if Viaan and Katha's marriage will break? Will it help her in any way? Will she get her property back? I don't know what she is thinking. too.

answer to your question is defamation . But if she wanted she would have taken Katha name but she told Viaan . Either way the marriage was going to break . But putting everything on Viaan ( hope she understand Katha ) and also understand Maaya that she is trying to save Viaan and put everything on Katha .

I think and hope Reet exposes Maya . And there is more to come in tomorrow episode .

Only after reading someone else comments/ perspectives make some sense . Now mandap scene is important , how much info is revealed is going to be the question . Maybe what if Yuvraj only asks did u blackmail Katha ? And May be Viaan is unable to take that and gets some heart issue . Many things possible . Let’s wait for tomorrow or at max Wednesday ( May be they will leave us on tenterhooks for one more day ) .

So basically, Maya and Teji know the half truth. This outta get interesting.

I have an additional point to make which seems very clear in today episode , with the statement made by Maya and Teji when they they are trying to break this marriage by bringing in ONS truth to the fore , they know Viaan will be broken , and yet they want to break the marriage , and they think they can handle Viaan !!

That is clear they don’t want Viaan to marry Katha at any cost . This is the mindset thing for sure , that widow should not get remarried !! Same thing Teji and Farah said during Katha birthday .

So their mindset needs to change , will Katha be able to make that change to Teji , Farah and Maya ? For that to happen , marriage is must so that Teji can see the real Katha and the girl in her .

I don’t know makers will give this a thought or they are just hell bent to showcase the love story . I know Katha and Viaan are strong characters but romance is also needed for the love story ( that is not exactly upto the mark what viewers need from love couple ) also showcasing the problem in our society about the mindset .
