I read a few comments somewhere that Abhi is cardiologist how will he deliver. I was like when you can have a kid with someone who died months ago. We are finding logic in how a doctor who anyway in his first year would have learnt about these basic things, is aware if not uska roz ka kaam about the anatomy of human body way way better than someone who gave Kangaru love.

I meant Ak met Nav as she needed protection coz of the state she was in and Abhi neglected that state. But his karma protected her and his child despite him not being there. not so that Ak could meet Nav, that's not the purpose of his karma.

There are other too - Neil's sacrifice to protect Ak, and all girls they saved, the result of that is Abhir being born in difficult cirumstances. Abhi too lost a lot that day.
