I don't really think its possible for Abhi to forgive her or forget her mistakes, if she doesn't even acknowledge them or say sorry for them. Each of the instances you have mentioned, Ak has not apologized for any of them, or given token apology at best. His love is what always overpowers him, more than his anger. In his love he tries to forget her mistakes, or move on from them or whatever, but then when she makes yet another mistake, it is hard to forget the past and everything does come rushing back.

Cause Ak from her end never really resolves anything. She wants him to understand her, which he often does, but even with understanding one needs that apology and acknowledgement. They made a mistake and will try not to make that mistake in the future.

Ofcourse she never understood him before the divorce also. Because she always took his love for granted, and then got astonished at his anger. Now there is no anger and she is still not okie with this Abhi. Cause the problem never was his anger, but her understanding of his love. Her problem with hot and cool, was more about how it is impacting her, not about how its impacting Abhir. Cause there is no real impact on Abhir. Her issue is that he is hiding his feelings from her and she cannot accept that. Her issue with the jacket is also stupid because somewhere she also knows what he is trying to say, but she doesn't want to accept that he loves her, so she is just getting mad instead.

And love isn't about wanting some preferred personality in the person. Its about loving all of their personalities and how they evolve. People do change overtime. Even this Abhi the one that exists now, will not remain same person. He may also change based on what triggers his life gives him. If you tell someone you only want one version of them, you are keeping them trapped. Abhi on the other had has loved and accepted each and every version of Ak. From the good to the bad. From the pretty to the ugly (personality wise). But Ak wants Abhi a particular way and if he deviates from that, she gets mad and gaslights him.

Beautiful point of view .agree with you ..the main problem between Abhira was their lack of communication and conversations ..and they faced so many issues ...not minor only but major ones as well..deaths..running away with brother who was supposed criminal without informing for a year..hit and run Manjari and hiding..her giving preference to everyone else over Abhi ..all these issues were never resolved..just brushed aside.. something that has not been resolved will stay with you..you don't forget it..even with us..when we fight all unresolved issues come out.. misunderstandings never got resolved and each MU weakened their relationship..WD was nail in coffin.. their relationship had weakened a lot after leap 1 divorce

Abhi hasn’t snapped on Abhir in his mood swings unlike her, he knows how to behave with kids, he is samajhdhar enough to compartmentalise his feelings and behaviour. Unlike her who just projects herself, her emotions on the kid without filter, without a thought for his well being or perspective. She did the same when Abhir got to know the truth with “apko yeah wale Papa pasand nahin hai” 😜🙄 and then during custody by making him feel unwanted and then again now by punishing him by not going to PTA and snapping at him on breakfast table. If Abhir will have trauma, it will be because of all these, and not what Abhimanyu has done.

So none of her concern filled dialogues for Abhir’s upbringing and trauma made any sense. It just shows Akshara lives in her perceived world than in reality 🤦🏻‍♀️😡

So True..she is failure as a parent..kid is so scared of her..he can't even ask her to click a family pic with them together coz she will get upset .he shares everything with Abhi without having to worry about reactions..

No they cannot have a proper love story without talking about both of their mistakes. I have not seen Ak ever apologizing for any of her mistakes properly or even acknowledging the pain she caused Abhi. It was always just glossed over. And lol, what is this "couldn't accept her ability to commit mistakes". Is that a character trait? commiting mistakes? Anger is a character trait, one which I don't actually think Ak ever accepted. Her idea from the beginning was that she can change him and his family. Do you not think that is flawed mentality. She wanted to go to Birla house and immediately transform it into her version of a loving family. She always told Abhi to quit his anger and not take impulsive decisions. There is no acceptance here really.

Infact someone put it really well sometime ago. Abhi both loved and hated the same thing about Ak - her selflessness and willfulness, which is why he could never stop loving her. He loved the very things that cause him issues. But for Ak it was very different, she loved Abhi's love and devotion to her, but she hated his anger and impulsiveness. So when one overpowered the other, it was very easy for her to only view Abhi through her hate lens. She could just forget the love and devotion and focus only on the negatives.

You bring up Mandir confession. Yes, Abhi was able to understand Ak and her fears.....but that doesn't mean he can forgive her for what she did to him. All of her fears, everything, was about her family....how does that give her the right to play with his feelings? to hurt him? to make him suffer and live a lie? He explained on behalf of her, for her family. But she should have apologized to him for what she made him go through. She should have told him how much she appreciates his love, how lucky she felt at the beginning before all of the mess of Arohi, how she felt sad and guilty about hurting him, etc. Nothing from her end. That is what led to a lot of mess. Her then saying their love is wrong when BP got the heart attack, her siding with her family constantly, her leaving for a year. All of that is the same thing. And none of that was actually addressed by her. She just wanted Abhi to have blind faith in her and her love.

The entitlement I agree with. I agree that Abhi put her on a pedestal above his family, above everyone in his life. Always supported her. So when he stopped, she was more affected.

Love your viewpoints in this post ♥️ she never apologized for pains she caused him..

lol, they did sneak in Kasuali with ice-cream scene. The puppet show scene and photo scenes of Abhir reminds me of Akshara’s happy family chant. It has come back to bit her now in form of Abhir chanting the same. Her perceived and projected image of perfect Happy family with Mummy, Papa and betu 😂

She created that illusion and now her son wants that 😅

After first leap, when Abhi had the motorcycle accident, Akshara realized she did wrong by leaving the person she loves most even though she left due to a sacrifice for him. She goes like I love him the most and I’m hurting him the most now. When she found out Abhi had anxiety and sleeping issues and was taking pills for it, she felt guilty and apologized to him about it.

Then about Vansh’s marriage talk- she let Abhi know about it, said she will come right away to his party right after it - Abhi was okay with it. Also, she got stuff in traffic and had to change her tire. Akshara didn’t put one over the other- she would have made it to his party but had to deal with the car issues. Then she felt really guilty and kept clarifying it with Abhi and apologizing to him- to which he also understood her side. So yeah.

Abhi and Akshara are two people who love each a lot, who would die for each other as we have already seen through the times they have saved each other from fires. The problem is just they have two different way of loving each other and showing their love.

This is how I felt back then too and until this leap, I was more on Ak's side. But after this leap, with the way she has degraded that relationship and made a mockery of Abhi's love. I no longer believe it anymore. The subtext that I thought was there at first now doesn't seem real. That's why I don't want to rewatch it too, cause now I will always think of everything Ak does in this light.

not only with Akshara, she is misbehaving with elder also who are probably 100 years older than her like Mimi.😉

Someone should tell her, Akshara and others that it was Nav who took all the rights from Abhi and Not other way around.

She forgot who saved her from her ex boy friend. All Kasauli people just know how to take advantage of Abhi and Goenka.

He was trying to stay away from her, but she poked him, coerced him to tell the truth. Now that she knows it, she doesn’t want to talk and sort out. I liked Abhi’s today's dialogue - “har bar waise hi hoga kya, tum nazar hoke aage aage bhagogi aur mein sorry bolke peeche peeche bhagta rahunga”. I was like yes Abhi, now you get it, please stop running behind her. 😂

So true..Abhir is more sorted and matured than herthe way she was getting annoyed ki Abhir was happy Abhi was with her..she looked his mental age..it was so funny she started jo tu soch ra hai kabhi nahi hoga main and tere docman kabhi..low battery..😂 the way she was annoyed..no wonder Abhi is wanting Abhi in his family..kid is looking out for himself..😂

She should talk to Shefali. Shefali has never taken one side, she understands both their perspectives. During WD- it was Shefali who kept telling Abhi that Akshara is alone and needs him, kept reminding him of Akshara’s health. She always sees both their sides

Totally .. I am happy Goenkas chun ke bahu laye Hain..jo bhi ho they won't be able to ill treat her..na dominate her..😂 I want someone in this show to say this out loud..Abhi is the father...he was replaced..he isn't replacing anyone..it was his place to begin with..
