The plot line of the movie " jawan " appears very weak ... It is just the flamboyance of SRK that carries the entire movie else the story is nothing but a glorified documentary giving social messages ....

Both SRK and Deepika have acted well but the rest of the cast is not impressive at all especially Sunil Grover a talented actor is wasted ... The villian tries his level best to act but is far from menacing ... Prakash Raj would have ideally suited this role ...

Has SRK tried to do a Rajnikant ? Coz his appearance and style quotient as double role appear to be just like Rajnikant

It is a good murder mystery... Jaideep Ahlawat has delivered a top notch performance along with Vijay Varma... Kareena is dazzling and seems to have a cross generation connect with Helen 😄 ( remember yeh Mera Dil song in Don 2 ) ..

The setting of the film is again a hill station ( Kalimpong). I don't know but Misty and foggy hillstations seems to make for a good delectable background setting especially for mystery serials and stories on OTT platforms ...
