But this story does!

Honestly Rumi is more tolerable than Seerat but overdose of him gets tiring.

Seerat Angad crap is plain unbearable and cringe.

Manbeer also is unbearable. I mean i have never watched a show and felt happy to see a woman realize her husband cheated her but manbeer ko dekh kar lagta hai- she deserves it. Itna cringe she is. Actor cant pull off this character at all.

And characters like Garry and Jagtap were liked because they had a unique swag. Like no one endorses the actions of those characters but they are unapologetically themselves and the actors playing it have a unique flair to make their characters entertaining instead of cringe.

I don't think all actors can pull it off.

And VJ is better than neil bhatt of ghkkpm in not looking too "soft" in his facial expressions for Seerat but his acting cant salvage a trash script too much.

Agreed. there's only so much an actor can do with a crappy script as this.

But about TV actors being so chill. Even I used to think why the hell are they playing such crap on TVlekin do they have any choice? Almost all shows are regressive af. And about TMD. When it started off the show had a different storyline, after 3 months they took a complete U-turn and landed straight into the garbage can. Mostly actors come to know about these script changes probably a week earlier or something is what I know..and I don't know if they can leave the show, - because of the contract. And OTT is the best place for these people, a perfect platform to nourish actors...lekin chance toh milna chahiyae na....you need to either be popular i.e Nakuul Mehta ya Jennifer winget type popular (phir bhi chances are slim)..or else you need connections ,..or you would have to slog for years to get something...

Itv is full of trash. Tv actors don't have much choice. Also they got to shoot daily with shoddy scripts. That is not enough inspiration or preparation time.

Characters are butchered overnight for ratings(or to fulfill Ganja phs bhabi fetish)

I don't judge their acting on most days because Many of us don't give our best daily in day jobs, unlike film actors who get breaks and have more freedom in characters they play.

Nowadays they shoot daily, earlier they had breaks but now show airs daily.

I appreciate Tmd cast for actually doing really well, when you see how a seasoned actor like Neil Bhatt faltered you realize how good Vj actually is , that he does so many intense scenes daily with long dialogues and executes it well each time. He does seem really passionate about the craft because it can get monotonous and so many experienced actors on tv just don't bother after certain number of episodes because the characters they play are very uninspiring and have no real depth.

Also Vj seems adept at playing all kinds of roles, also helps that he is so easy on the eyes.

I have seen mostly good actors like Jennifer Winget also overdo it many times.

Anyways acting in tv is a tough industry, no stable source of income, no real breaks to prepare for character, overnight scripts are written, not much choice with next show unless you are a Divyanka Tripathi or something.

I usually like Characters with flaws..Sahiba is fully flawed character but writers portray her as ideal through her dialogues but when it come to actions she is doing opposite of what she says and come out as hypocrite..Angad despite of doing mistakes he accept realise and feel guilty which is missing from Sahiba. Writers narrative is diff they think can make Sahiba perfect but showing fictional character perfect always is impossible as many times they can deviate so why to show them as perfect..just show them as humans its not like they dont know as they show that diff with Angad but when come to Sahiba they twist story and narrative with dialogues.

For example take that Sahan marriage sequence who watched from first episode can see what all Sahiba and her family did fooled Angas and lied many times despite of him having many doubts they lied..He literally trusted them..Still answering phone call on behalf of Seerat is Sahiba grave mistake ( First she should confront her sister ? Where is she at late night? Where is she when Angad parents come to see Seerat ? Why she ignoring Angad messages? If Sahiba questioned before as she herself compromised her principles for her family she need to make sure is her sister sure to marry Angad? As she saw few hints before marriage) but she ignored them all 😂

So who started to watch from whole marriage sequence feel Sahiba is so great she exposed before 😂 but its after all damage ( she know Seerat ran away with lover wrote a love letter ) she saw pic as well Seerat n car not even kidnapped🤣..still she can come out tell truth but dress up and latee when Seerat not found she exposed her self. So who start watching from marriage feel Sahiba did great bec writers twisted all started Angad anger and showed one or two unnecessary scenes bas whole story changed 🤣 Instead of making Sahiba realise twisted story🤣 so who watched all episodes know what exactly Sahiba did 🤣 she is not perfect she may not accept her mistakes thats diff as viewer saw what she did🤣

Same for Seerat they did ..Sahiba first made her mom innocent by putting blame on Jas ( she gave idea did she put gun ? Asked them to do? She said go out and tell as well🤣 but they chose to dress up) and next Seerat di white wash may be Seerat di se karwaya🤣 Seerat di might get kidnapped 🤣 Seerat may be influenced by someone like rivals 🤣 Once Seerat di back proved her innocent by Seerat di se karawagaya and Seerat di innocent 🤣🤣 Done 🤣 Gary got all blame 🤣 Imagine exposing Girl sleeping with lover before marriage, the guy ditching her and this is what exactly Sahiba showed to Angad through Seerat ( not from the start where fraud started 🤣 Seerat started her story from after coming back frm suicide 🤣🤣)

So after all people conveniently forgot told Seerat not at all fault in running away frm marriage ..so how Angad show anger? As Sahiba said like he is bad so her sister ran away on marriage day 🤣& later no one blamed Seerat esp monga family🤣 what they proved is Gary did all as he hate Angad 🤣 Seerat suffered and still suffering recently after Gary death how monga family said Seerat suffering🤣🤣

now sahiba suffering ( how much she did to them) but all accept her decisons cant see her suffering and this foolish girl sacrifice for them 🤣 who care for her is Angad she throw him under bus saving her sister🤣🤣

But even Nakul, Jennifer have done bakwaas tv shows.

Especially nakul. Balh2 and 3 were as regressive as anything else out there.

Thankfully they got a chance to do better web shows that arent as shitty.

I am surprised that tv actors aren't more vocal about better scripts and seem to easily accept anything and everything. Drama ke naam peh they show really regressive and cringe content.

Do these actors really not care to look back and see themselves as part of some nonsense show like this ?

Why dont they put an exit clause in contract pertaining to show content being unsatisfactory and quitting after a notice period. That way there'll be some incentive to push writers to write better. How can they happily do 500-1000 episodes of the character with no growth.

And to see even seasoned actors do rubbish parts is quite perplexing to me.

They all seem perfectly chill and happy on set.

I don't think I could go to work and have a good time when the output is so ridiculous.
