I so wished.. they show some random person in mahajan office who willingly mentor uv to be a strong/sharp / tough player... in return of a huge favor done by bhumi/prem in past - a drona equivalent!! This mentor can train uv to be a real business woman and a sharp leader - so she learns how to fight her battles!!

They have neil, but not that experienced fighter persona... comes from... he is equivalent to krishna ... who can show the path to uv... support her. He can show her - which battle is important and why she should fight it.

@bold- all these things are learnt by experience instead of somebody guiding/teaching you. She become a little bit alert after kartik incident.

In terms of business, she don't need a mentor because she is doing well thanks to makers. From cracking deal with sengupta, relaunching a loss bearing pheonix, to pacifying the nurses, she can do everything. Why would she need a mentor then.

Makers are not able to handle existing characters, where would they fit 1 new character.
