Show wale used Neil in Yuvika's phone while showing his caller ID in one episode, in another it's Neel. That was mostly done by crew members. 
But Sony Live & SAB Chachu uses NEIL so it's NEIL only

Vanshaj writers are purposely avoiding scenes of Neil directly bumping into DJ in campus parking lot, or in 75 years event, or at Phoenix fire, so as not to give away this duo's past & present equation to viewers.
Neil earlier confirmed to Yuvika, he knows DJ well since childhood & he can't be behind Prem's AV fiasco in 75 years event which tarnished Mahajan elders. Neil also suggested Yuvika, whoever was behind AV fiasco may be SAME person who is behind Pooja's sudden disappearance. This hints, Neil and/or Vidur have a clue, who is actual culprit of AV fiasco.
Recent episode & precap raise same doubts..Neil on his own is really helping Yuvika reach till truth related to Avni? nope he is mostly misleading her.
Yuvika right from that old office lookout noticeably informs/takes/confides ONLY Neil, because he offers to join her in investigation wherein she assumes he is giving her some leads, 
she does not even inform Bhoomi before she ventures out.So if any ongoing investigation information is leaked to a third person in advance, then it can happen ONLY at Neil's side not Yuvika's. It seems someone else is keeping an eye mainly on Neil, whenever he goes out with Yuvika.
Won't be surprised if someone frames Bhanu/Dhanraj in Prem's scandal or in kidnapping of Pooja & this new accident of Sophie (even if Neil knows Bhanu/Dhanraj aren't involved, high chances he can still mislead Yuvika a.)
Yup tabhi I doubt that Vidur isn't his biological father.
Mentioning "Sole blood relative" is also fishy so Vidur can be his Chachu Mausa anything. May be Avni & Vidur's wife were sisters or something.
Neil is may be Avni's first child.
