And as you know once the email gets bounced the user have to re-verify that they have an active email address.

We are trying to resolve the issue with Outlook Support team. Kindly bear with us and we may have to temporarily stop sending notification to the above domains until we resolve the matter.


In the meanwhile request members to whitelist our notification email address as it improves our deliverability.

12 months is indeed too much. I am just hoping it can air after 6 months coz they keep changing things every few months anyway.

Instead of forcing 12 months/45 mins per ep they can just change the limit to 50 eps per season or more. Given than palace dramas are banned other partial palace settings can fit into 50 eps easily. SMH. True they'll keep changing their rules.......
