May be Avni had feelings for Prem only & Dhanraj took advantage of that & used her to trap Prem & in order to do it he himself got personally involved with her

He definitely cheated on Bhoomi. He left everything fearing Bhoomi & Yuvika gonna hate him if the truth comes out
