Both Miracle and CDI are based on true stories with very similar narratives. Mighty Ducks is a fictional movie with a similar narrative that came before both of them.

There's no plagiarism .Swades team credited the people who deserve the credit. The film was inspired by the 90s serial 'Vapsi'.they even kept the character names intact. And of course, the Kannada movie makers wouldn't sue because they plagiarized from that show😆.

Anyway, 'Swades' is now a cult classic, and SRK's performance will remain iconic.

That's the purpose...with most of the titles where SRK is named (or hinted at)...spreading as much negativity as possible about SRK and his work has become a routine since more than ten years...

Of course, one has the choice what one wants to believe...or what fits into the own belief-system one has about this man. 😉
