We will never know if he cheated or not. If I am not wrong she never took a dig at him or sadaf, so he might not have cheated. She don't seems to be bitter about him like Feroze and imran's wives. So he might not have been a total asshole.

Yes, it means that. IMO, We are a very hypocritical society. Everything is censored on the surface but that does not mean it does not happen in real.
