If Kriti starts picking up more good roles like Mimi and all she will be able to showcase her talent more. That's what I said in an earlier comment...she did not had a choice unlike alia who had always people to back. If alia doesn't like something she has the luxury & liberty to reject it. Kriti or any other outsider didn't have that. If they do so they will be hounded by top bosses and blind items will be written about them saying they are unprofessionals which exactly happened with SSR and then kartik.

Not everyone has the luck to get good opportunities at the right time.

Kartik is a limited actor as well. Outsider vs insider debate will always be there..fact is as an audience, I want value for my money and time..thats all I care about..we cant hate on someone just because they are born in an influential family and do have talent as well..There are many talentless outsiders in the industry as well..I am very very happy to dislike Anniepie, Sara, Jahnvi, Khushi, Suhana, Shanaya - they all look fake and plastic and mostly dont seem to show any talent either in dancing or acting..for a while I liked Sara..but now she comes across as crass and try too hard..but the amount of flak Alia gets on BW forum on a daily basis is nauseating..the girl has proved herself like a hundred times..yes she got opportunities..but you cant fool the audience..even Esha Deol got plenty of opportunities..she dint make anything out of it. IDK who are we kidding, when she delivers a performance like Gangu or Raazi or Highway..she deserves applaud and recognition too..Kriti on the other hand..also has got access now..she is known to be *cough* buddies with Dinesh Vijan and Nadiadwalas..nobody goes anywhere without connections..now she will get cast as Meena Kumari as well..Kriti neither has the face nor the talent to pull that off..she was ok in Mimi..but a national award worthy performance? Naah..there was Sai Pallavi in Shyam Singha Roy..now THAT is a national award winning performance for me..or Nithya Menon in Thiruchitrambalam..or Tripti Dimri - I love that girl..she is STUNNING and a gorgeous gorgeous actor!

Ek hoti hai star power aur ek hoti hai acting. In young lot of BW, they lack both.

Bollywood is not the same as before. I miss my childhood😭. I used to remember which grade I was studying just by the songs and the movies. And the actresses were very pretty and natural. I don't find any actress pretty nowadays. Bollywood should bring old actresses just to bring Nostalgia. I might go to watch movies if they are back on screen.

What Meena Kumari as kirti. Please tell its a joke 😵. They have nothing similar acting-wise and look-wise. I wanted to see a movie on Meena Kumari because she has one of the most tragic stories, but looks like it would end up being trash 😵 and Meena kumari is way more talented. Only actress I can think of who actually can do justice is Vidhya balan.

I watched many classics a few years back and Mina Kumari is very good especially in emotional scenes. Kirti would never do justice.

Thats true. When the SSR fiscal happened. Everyone bashed Alia. I kind of get it after her comments. But there is a limit. Even on Reddit Aliya is bashed all the time, there is a limit to criticism, and even till now the topic keeps coming

My mom just recently watched Highway and she said she changed her opinion about Aliya after watching the show. I never liked Randeep but changed my view after Highway. He is the guy who actually hasn't got enough opportunity.

Randeep is a Brillliaaaaant actor too, but his arrogance and cockiness halted his progress I think..he looks in form in Veer Savarkar teaser though..lets see....
