Correction: AbhiM didn't listen to Ak for months when she tried to contact him. In fact the only time he somewhat apologised for his misunderstanding was 7 years later. It hardly took Ak 5-6 days to remove her judgement of AbhiM in contrast. Ak is a far less begrudged human than AbhiM in this case.

This was after she physically and verbally assaulted in the hospital then stopped him from performing surgery. Being willingly to listen days later doesn't change the fact she declared him a murderer without hesitation. Nor does it change the fact she didn't bother to make Abhir understand that trial would determine the truth and not judge without facts.

To be fair, both of their initial reactions to loss were horrible, but at least she wasn't thrown in jail for days and could board a bus to find a new month long love lol.

The difference between them

1. one is female and another is male. — apparently this factor plays a major role in them being judged for their actions.

2. She was not sent to jail, he is in jail.

3.She basically has no case/reason/pointers to accuse Abhi of murder or instigating murder or being reckless abt lives in general. He was concerned abt her life and their children life and Neil’s life be becos of her recklessness.
