She had similar scenes in Gadar song Hum juda ho gaye but those were handled so well. Here, she clearly overacted.Originally posted by: 1t1svat1t1s
honestly, the director made those scenes a bit over melodramatic which is making people not take them seriously. For ex, I was cringing and laughing when Sakeena was crying and hallucinating about Tara Singh. And the entire Jeete track was super cringe and lolworthy.

They have the best chemistry. These kind of stuff should have been shown in the movie and people would have gone legit pagal. I felt like the director didn’t build on the Tara-Sakeena equation at all. Also why is Tara back to calling Sakeena Madamji?

Then she was a 20 year old and now a 45 year old mother of a 20 year old. Not being ageist at all but they should show some maturity in the character right? She was shown sprinting most of her screen time including her entry scene. Just the chemistry between Sunny and Ameesha as Tara and Sakeena saved their scenes imo.
yeah i also laughed when all the people who were having weapons, backed off just by listening 'oye' of tara Singh. N when he was about to ukhado that hand pump, every1 ran away already n then tara ne hand pump ukhada b naiOriginally posted by: 1t1svat1t1s

That hand pump scene was legit the best tribute to the iconic scene from the prequel. 😂
i have watched many movies at home 1st time. If the movie is good, i never gets bored. But this type of action movie provides better experience in theatre If the audience is good. For example, i had amazing experience watching Bahubali 2, Suryavanshi, type movies in theatre. In those shows, Audience was goodOriginally posted by: Clochette
Well, cinema experience isn't always what one wants...you can get your undisturbed watching experience at home...later...much later...(but be aware...it could be boring 😉)
Not logic but I get irked when the continuity is disrupted. This was a minor detail that the director must know. Because in Gadar 1 Sakeena makes sure that Tara calls her Sakeena.

Yes certain movies are made to be enjoyed on the bigscreen with a houseful of audience. This one is definitely one of them.
