Access & Networking will always be a healthy pre-requisite in BW,

but India as a whole even without BW... is Nepotistic in nature. 👍🏼

These traits are entrenched in most of India's Industries, but BW has perfected it. 😃

One does follow her movie reviews, but they don't seem to be quite accurate at times.

Isn't she married to a director? So she benefited from nepotism too then.

People like Ranveer, Vicky and even Kiara have "access" but nobody is giving them work because of their family name or connections. If that's the case, why is Vicky Kaushal's brother struggling then?

The nepotistic core of BW will always be prevalent, but Ranveer, Vicky and Kiara

are a very lucrative curiosity to audiences ... because of Deepika, Katrina and Siddarth 😃

This may help to facilitate their access.

Bhailog Nepotism ka meaning dekho, phir sab doodh ka doodh aur paani ka paani ho jayega.

I think Bollywood has got the idea of nepotism all twisted around. they think ki if an industry waale ka kids become actors and actress/directors, then it is called nepotism. NO!

Nepotism is a practice among those with power and influece of favouring relatives, associates, friends by giving them jobs. Karan Johar is a the flag bearer of nepotism in bollywood and rightly said so by Kangna. Some nepo babies take a hint that maybe they are not destined for this line of work and pursue other line of work that they know thye can prosper in, other nepo kids just can't take a hint, and believe that even with rejection by audience they are best in acting and get help from their friends to cast in roles.
