If the offender is still acting as a douchebag and not regretting on his actions and is still idealized, the problem lies there because people would step into his shoes and act and behave the same way thinking that there are no dire consequences whatsoever but they forget that they are celebs , they might get away with their money and also get few projects based on their following but general public hell no!!
