Bruh, do you understand the concept of an adult person with all his faculty about, taking a decision which didn't workout, then his mother blaming, manhandling and asking her daughter-in-law to leave her marital house while she's miscarrying

Is not comparable to a mother shouting at her ex— who had few weeks ago asked her to leave her husband and minor son to come back to him — after her six y/o son's ICU room catches fire under his care in the hospital owned by h family?

For one, the adult ex is not in a domestic relationship with her. Secondly, he was responsible for the minor child while being his attending doctor.

Akshara was not responsible for Neil and Manjari was in a domestic relationship with her with a skewered power dynamic lol

Yes lol. She was wrong to slap a stranger, Abhinav, but that wouldn't have been domestic or spousal abuse because he wasn't her spouse then. Whatever hypothetical case Abhinav would/could have filed against her wouldn't fall under DV act of 2005 lol.

Whatever Dr. Birla and his family did to her was spousal abuse and domestic violence simply because she was his spouse and their daughter-in-law
