I understand your sentiment but we also know what the producers plan is so our thinking will not prevent them from coming together but it has to be organic and not forced and also AbhiM should be able to prove that he changed for the better.Otherwise there is no point. Funny thing is producer also hinted intense love and we already saw glimpse of AbhiM lifting AK in arms suddenly out of blue. So everyone knows who will do what in the future but it is ok if somepeople want to stay in denial.

It was a correct decision after Sharma parents who Abhir spent 6 years and trusted sat down and explained to him that Abhi his real dad has lost 6 whol;e years believing he was dead and It will not hurt to give him a chance to bond . Unfortunately the insecure Sharma family did not give Abhi that chance. The custody battle was started Kairav GOENKA and pursued by Senior GOENKA.

Had Abhi not agreed if AK sat and requested if the arrangements could be reviewed.

I would have understood if Abhi was a wife beater, alcoholic, a womaniser, a druggist, a good for nothing man but I found nothing wrong with Abhi as a father, And AK should have stepped in explained to Abhir that Abhi meant no harm, explained in the language that 6 year old understand, Just like Abhi stepped in and explained to Ruhi when she started feeling insequre with Abhir's present.

I do not think Abhir has been shown to be scared of AbhiM or has trust issues that the Sharmas need to convince him that AbhiM is a good father. Kids are always comfortable with their own parents even when he parents are adopted parents. So Abhirs decision was the best for his mental health and there is no alternate choice period. Had their been no Nav death I believe Sharmas would try to incorporate AbhiM in Abhirs life as best and that is how AbhiM would get to build the fatherly attachment. It cannot be forced as that has been shown after the custody treatment.

So as soon as Mr Sharma will die I am sure his desire to be with AK will come alive again. Please note I am not against people coming together if they are trully in love but they have to have the trust and be ready to bear the responsibilities. The motive for me to write that he will run behind AK is to convey that he will be the one who will show more interest and there will be no begging from AK as many people are falsely anticipating.

Unfortunately for Abhimanyu he met AK and Goenkas,

Now that you have mentioned love and responsibilities, I am not sure what you would call this ?

1. Standing up for AK and shutting her sisters mouth in the temple - Abhi

2. Treating AK inspite of shaking with fear - Abhi

3. Staying up and praying to Shiva so AK does not loose her voice after her incident - Abhi

4. Treating BP when he had a heart attack - Abhi

5. Falling on his knees and begging BP for AK - Abhi

6. Forgiving Arohi and AK after they hit and ran away from accident spot - Abhi

7. Cancelling his trip back home and running to Abhir's and treating Abhinav in Kasauli - Abhi

8. Cancelling his family bonding time and running to AK aid - Abhi

9. Operating and treating Abhir without putting any conditions - Abhi

In return Abhi has always been treated like a door mat.

I understand that you want " no begging" from any parties but really I don't want Abhira any more. AK and Abhi should live a separate life. Abhir was the only connection between them and Abhir broke that connection.

The problem is Abhi cares, he cares about Ruhi ,m he cared about Aruhi, his mother, Goenkas Birlas, the hospital, the patience and he will care about AK and Abhir.

He would formally have to file paperwork to release parental rights and Abhinav would be the adoptive father. Abhimanyu will still be listed as Abhir's biological father for inheritance and blood lineage purposes but Abhinav will hold the rights to make decisions for Abhir up until he's a minor. In that case if Akshara were to die, Abhir would still be able to reside with Abhinav.

During these court proceedings when the custody is granted to a single or both parents, a social worker is assigned to case who makes visits to home and school as well as asking the child how he's doing. In the real world, Abhimnyu would be in huge trouble if it was found that he was irresponsible and negligent due to Abhir's poor performance in school as well as leaving the house. He is a 6 year old minor, court will never hold him responsible for leaving at this age. Akshnav would have gotten Abhir back regardless but Abhimnayu handing him over would make the process easier for Abhinav to get parental rights of Abhir.

Thank u for detailed explanation! But in Yrkkh world no rules or laws will be followed but snatch the kid and give him to baap just because he is rich and nothing else.

A wife does not owe her husband her body, and esp a mother can choose to do whatever with her pregnancy, whether it is to abort or not. But...if your happiness and health are tied to someone else, like your family, for example, then they expect you to be careful with it. That is all the expectation that was there. She was supposed to be careful, and she wasn't. That is it. The situation would be different if Abhi wanted kids and forced her into a pregnancy, but he didn't. He clearly showed that he cared for her more than for being a father. But once they decided to keep the pregnancy, built up dreams on it, etc, she does owe him that much. To be careful, to keep herself and her babies safe.

Also, even after divorce, women do owe their exes right to visit and know about their children together. Its a recognized right for both the father and the kid.

I do not mean consent to be limited to sexual consent. Consent works in every aspect of life. Please do not condescend me.

A woman has reproductive and biological autonomy. She can decide and take independent actions regarding her pregnancies irrespective of her marital status. A pregnancy being a high-risk, invasive health condition is solely about the pregnant person. If any mishap happens to the said pregnancy, she is the victim, the patient, the one who has been harmed because it is her body and life on the line. Just because a husband's happiness, dreams, other intangible emotions might be tied to the potential pregnancy of his wife, it doesn't make him the victim in case of a miscarriage. His happiness or sadness doesn't take precedence over the actual person going through the physical and mental trauma of the miscarriage. Even a nornal pregnancy is not benign and is a high-risk medical condition; so sure as hell the pregnant person is the only one who is a victim/patient/person of interest.

And, it sure doesn't give him a right to kick her out of her marital home when she hadn't even been treated properly for the miscarriage.

In the case of Akshara, she was working under the premise — as informed by the hospital owned by Abhimanyu's family— that she had miscarried both her foetuses. So again, which imaginary child's visitation rights did she owe Abhimanyu after the divorce which should have impacted whether or not she moves to another city or marries another man?

Divorce doesn't grant veto rights to the obsessive ex in case you want to move to another city or start dating again.

When she got to know about Abhir, she should have filed for a medical negligence, domestic violence case against the Birlas and then married Abhinav with the sole custody of Abhir.

But what did she do? Call her ex numerous times to inform him about the surviving foetus. He forfeited his paternal responsibilities on the phone. Being a single mother, she didn't owe him even that.

After that, should she have stalked Dr. Birla like a creep to inform him of the surviving foetus while going through a complicated pregnancy because *checks notes* Dr. Birla was sad? Lol

I am not sure why you have used mostly examples which just shows he was good in fulfilling his professions oath. No one said he is not a good dr. And he loves his family that also no one denied. But he loves his Mom too much for whom he abandoned the love of his life at the most critical juncture. He failed as a husband that is what I am saying. He was a good lover I am not denying that.

@Bold he was scared and insequire that he will not be allowed to see the Sharmas again. When Abhi assured him that he will take him to see his mother, why didn't Abhir trust him. Firstly the Sharmas filled his head with insequrities that they not incapable of looking after him and just because Abhi has more money he can fulfil his needs. Secondly AK never lost an opportunity to come screaming at Birlas. The right thing to do was to put her own differences and insequrities aside and speak to Abhi. I am sure Abhi would have listened and agreed. When Abhir told AK not to tell anyone about her being his music teacher why didn't AK tell him that she will tell Abhi as he may understand, Why agree to the secrecy

AK was so wrong not to let Abhi know that one of the twins is still alive. She could have passed the message through Goenkas. She did not. Abhi fathered that child and he had the right to know, Atleast his faith in mahadev would have been intact. Abhi can still exercise his right and drag the matter to the court and make matters worse but it takes alot to do what he did in yesterdays episode

Well kids are allowed to make such important decisions then people should stop hiring lawyers and just come together and seek the child's opinion.

There should not be any family law
