Ohk...so she is having a breech baby. It's common but yes, since she was also working she needed to take extra care. Hence the more usage of body doubles and all. And also the reason why she did not wanna shoot more. Hoo, boy! Ram Kapoor, all-around good guy for castigating stupid reporters for asking stupid questions. Ram Ram, jai jai Ram! I knew this was coming!

What was the big deal? Did the photo have a post marriage date? (Btw, wasn't that Neeraj from the balh2 fb scene? How lazy are these cvs?) Even if post marriage, it's hardly incriminating or suggestive of an affair. If not, where do they get off questioning someone's fidelity? Isn't that slander? Or do the doofuses hark back to 1923, where maybe a woman seeing a man alone might have been scandalous?

Given all this, it's no more than Ram should do anyway to refute the accusing questions. I felt he was kind of extra, like the writer wanted to shove in more than the scene warranted? To me it was like the guy protested too much-- why defend when there's nothing to defend? IMO, it's the expected canonisation of Ram. He acts impulsively, rudely, or is nasty, then is provided justification by some allegedly wonderful deed. Ho hum.

The irony of the scene just gets me. After this, he's free to act badly, because hey, he's proved to anyone who wants to swallow it that he's a feminist.
