I think as of now either she is being blackmailed into following Samrat Singh 's plan by holding her family captive - this is supported by her first appearance where Bhuvan was almost threatening her to mix sleeping potion into Ravi's food

Or she has been bribed by him. Whether she will genuinely change later or not remains to be seen.
