This show has lost all semblance of a plot. It's like three different people are writing the story without coordinating with each other, so we're getting a mangled mess that makes zero sense whatsoever.

It seems like the writers are intentionally trying to frustrate the audience. Fans are constantly arguing over the characters, but it's the writing which lacks consistency and coherence.

The show is suffering from poorly written material, as the characters seem to change with no clear direction for the story. It's crucial for the writers to address this inconsistency if they want to improve the show but i don't they want to do that.

It's just showing child neglect and poor decisions made for him which isn't entertainment, it's stress-inducing kachara right now and not even the best actors can salvage poor writing.

They have send akshara to kasauli to handle her n neelamaa's house at the second day of the job. This is the seriousness these goenkas n akshu has for a job or carrer . That too a career which is soo important that it will help her to get her son back.

Let's not forget how and who started all this

It started from the white day- what happened to Akshara that day was horrible.. I don't think Abhimanyu will ever .. and I repeat ever be able to justify the way he behaved with a mother who just had a miscarraige

Akshara called him despite everything to tell him about her pregnancy- again that behavior..Abhimanyu has changed now but only after what he did to Akshara then-but the damage to Akshara had been done.. It was completely a life altering event for her and who were responsible for it- Abhimanyu and his mother.

Maa beta have always been about their convenience- Abhimanyu is trying to be humane now which does not mean he can go scott free for all he did in the past .

Abhimanyu has never come out of his mom's shadow but ironically, he has snatched a 6 year old from his mom . I DON'T BUY THAT LOOK HE GIVES WHEN HE SEES AKSHARA SAD AND YEARNING TO ABHIR. You in your thirties cannot live away from your mom but you are adamant on doing the same to your child. I have given up all hopes on Manjari but Abhimanyu can see his child is in pain and Abhir is not opening up.. Who gets a child overnight and changes his life and say this is your new house and I am your dad..Dida says no meeting mom.. distance the child from his parents.. You guys are doctors... ever heard of mental trauma??

Akshara also does stupid things but the magnitude of what Abhimanyu is doing is far more... you are seeing that child every day and how he is being treated in your house.. you yourself had a bad childhood.. atleast you know how it feels to be lonely... how can you do this to Abhir.. How can we expect Abhir to understand that Abhimanyu loves him and Abhir should know how his mom was thrown out from BH...

Akshara went to kasuali but for a few days.. and whose doing was it.. who drove her to go to kasuali???

Manjari didn't send Abhir to her over the weekend.. Is it Akshara's fault??(Rather Abhimanyu said kyun aati ho yahan- meri mom ko nahi achcha lagta)

She shouted and did chillam chilli for school thing- Is it Akshara's fault???(Abhimanyu was clueless)Brutally snatching away Abhinav from Abhir- Is it Akshara's fault??

Her thinking about her son to make him happy and take up a job in school- Is it Akshara's fault??Abhir was happy at BH that day.

I feel Abhir will go away from Abhimanyu and Manjari because of nothing else- but because of their own doings.. had Manjari and Abhimanyu eased the process for Abhir- this situation would not have arisen.. but she wanted complete control which Abhimanyu might not have wanted but he did little to nothing to stop her.. that no meeting at all letter will be responsible for Abhir running away from Birla house.. Akshara would have eased the process for Abhir to settle in BH.. ALTOUGH I FIRMLY BELIEVE A CHILD AT THIS AGE CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM HIS MOTHER.. WHO WOULD KNOW BETTER THAN HIM!

We are saying Abhir doesn't deserve a father like Abhimanyu but does Abhimanyu deserve to snatch a 6 year old from his mom???

While I am not saying Akshara didn't do anything- hurting Abhir to send him away was wrong-TOTALLY AGREE- she should have called abhimanyu and told him to deal with it

Taking Abhir back to kasauli without consulting Abhimanyu as wrong

Abhinav sharma jaap all the time in the faces of Birlas is wrong- though i feel she is hurt so much because of the white day that she wants to hurt them back by doing this- I can stilll understand this .

But Abhimanyu ki galti zyada hai- Rest my case with this

Akshara can go bk to her toxic ex any which way , idc ..nor do I care for abhinavs exit...the way they handle each track is so pathetic ke abhira reunion will be maha bakwas and illogical. I am damn sure it will be kzk2 way like..one obstacle removed and another will be standing in their way..better they start s4. They can never revive abhira. It's too late.

I don't watch YRKKH episodes, but I visit this forum once in a while. Now, I know that Abhir's custody was granted to the Birlas based on money issues and also because Akshu lied on Abhir's birth certificate or something, but I have a different question. Did all of the Birlas' past deeds get revealed during this past case?

Did they reveal how Akshu was thrown out in the midst of a miscarriage? Did they reveal how both Harsh and Parth have been documented wife abusers? Did they reveal how Abhimanyu almost married Arohi but then dumped her for Akshara? Did they reveal all of Mahima's past misdeeds? Did they bring up Anisha's story line and how the Birlas' screwed up with her? Did they show how Manjari hid Neil's real identity from everyone causing him to be raised as an orphan in his own blood-related household?

In fact, has anyone ever confronted Manjari about how she did the exact same thing that Akshu did (arguably even worse)? Akshu made her best efforts to contact AbhiM after she found out that Abhir was alive. Even if she didn't, she chose to "hide" him to protect him from all the toxicity and negativity of the Birlas and of the life she had left behind in Udaipur. Misguided as she was, it was out of good intention, AND it resulted in a good environment for Abhir. Everyone will agree that Kasauli was a much more light-hearted and positive area for Abhir to grow up.

On the contrary, Manjari hiding Neil's truth led him to be abused and degraded in the Birla household, by his own father no less. I wonder how that poor boy must have grown up in that toxic place. Did Manjari ever make any reasonable effort to reveal Neil's paternity to his father? Hmmm?

Also, did any of the Goenkas' past misdeeds get revealed in the custody case? How Mimi had thrown Naira (Akshu's mother) out of the house on a misunderstanding almost causing her to die? How she had sheltered and protected a child molester (Purshottam) and wife beater (Aditya)? How Kartik (Akshu's father) had stolen a newborn baby from his own sister and never intended on actually revealing the truth? Did anyone bring up how Surekha's sons have been arrested and convicted of sexual assault? Did they reveal how Surekha's other daughter was accused (rightfully so) of vehicular manslaughter that resulted in Akshu's nani's death (OG Akshara)?

And this are only the things I can think of off the top of my head. There is so much muck buried in the past of the Birlas and Goenkas that if everything was actually brought out in the open, it could turn into such a dramatic and screen-gripping track. By the end of the case, even the judge would agree that Abhir should be kept far far away from both the Birlas and Goenkas. He should be raised quietly with Abhinav (and Akshu) in Kasauli.

Seems like you are just ranting, but custody cases don't go into whole family history. They did talk about white day I think and that was what was relevant. Everything before white day is hardly relevant to a custody case since both Abhira were happy with each other and wanted to have kids together.

If they do an actual custody case they might dredge all of this up. But since you didn't watch the episodes, they just wrapped it up in two days without any dialogues or anything. So it wasn't even a real ITV custody case. It was entirely brought up so Abhi could get custody and the story could move forward.
