Exactly! This. I never understood how people were so onboard with Navshu when the whole foundation of their relationship was built on trauma and pain. A much better second chance love story would have been if Abhira divorced after the first leap. If they talked it out and realized that they may love each other but are incompatible, Abhi's family esp is not a good fit for Ak. They did have all of the tools to do that during the first leap. After Abhi realized that Ak wasn't wrong, they should both have apologized to each other for causing so much pain and then ended things. Abhi can still continue to be in love with Ak if he wants to, but that is the end of their relationship.

Then Ak can meet Nav and have a slow friends-to-lovers story that would have actually worked. Something without trauma, lies, and insane compromises. They can still have a realistic mature love story, and that would have been a treat to watch.

If the plan was always to reunite the soulmates, they won't have shown Akshara confessing love to Abhinav Or any physical intimacy between them.. But makers were experimenting with Akshnav & they didn't get the desired number, so they are ending his character.

This show has lost it's essence & the character of both the leads Akshara & Abhimanyu have lost their depth... After reuniting Abhira, I don't think there is anymore story to show... So, it's better if they end this show soon.

I too feel there has been some abrupt decision taken to end Abhinav track... something happened behind the scenes .they were experimenting with Abhinav Akshara as per me..they still have potential tracks if they can get decent writers..but they will invest in everything except a decent writer..this could still be a story of redemption...but can writers move away from DDP...was this show full of negativity in previous seasons also??
