The truck, in which Abhir is hiding, is located by Ak through her supernatural soul connection, the connection Abhinav used to have earlier, and sends Abhinav to save Abhir. While Dr. Birla is chasing the truck after being tipped by the police (he is law abiding person, you see). The truck veers off course and hurtles down the ravine and gets stuck in a tree before it falls down the gorge. As truck is precariously balanced on the tree, both Abhimanyu and Abhinav jumps into the truck to save Abhir, making the truck lurch and slowly beginning to slip down the trunk.

Abhimanyu and Abhinav (Navmanyu fans will have their moment) jumps out of the truck with Abhir in tow. Abhimanyu grabs a branch while Abhinav holds his hand while holding Abhir in his arms. Abhinav passes off Abhir to Abhimanyu (symbolism) and as Abhimanyu couldn’t manage to hold on to the branch while mangaing Abhir, he let goes off of Abhimanyu’s hand and falls down the gorge with a smile on his face.

If Akshara blames Abhimanyu for everything, Abhimanyu too blames Akshara for everything. So that cancels things out I guess. What their personal squabble doesnt cancel are actual child custody/protection laws unfortunately 💁

Yes an assumption the "court will handle Abhimanyu in negligence part". It's just a promo....the actual scene may pan out quite differently

But I am sure AK will blame Abhimanyu even if Abhinav slipped down the steps and dies

She blamed him for loosing Abhir's custody even though it wasn't his doing

She blamed him for the equipment malfunction even though it wasn't his doing

So it's 100% given..she will blame Abhimanyu even if none of the scenes assumed in this thread actually happen...these are all assumptions about who will die while saving who

The only thing that will happen for sure is AK will say "Abhimanyu tum zimedar ho"

But when Akshara and Abhinav can behave so childish and foolish, leave the kid and run away. What can we expect from abhi!?? He's been abhir's legal parent since a week. How can we expect him to understand abhir completely in a week??

He's a literal kid. Just because he wants to run away doesnt mean he doesn't have guardians to stop him 😆

Pretty sure it falls under sole custody : to make sure the kid doesn't run 🏃💨 from home and wander the streets under any circumstances.

The safety and security of the kid is on the parent with full custody. Period. It's immaterial why he ran away. It's the fact that he did under the said parents' care and is now missing. The Court will question why that parent was negligent.

Let's say he's a BTS fan/army and he gets to know BTS is having a concert in Kasauli

So if he runs away in the middle of the night and gets lost on the streets.. Goes missing. Will the Court blame BTS? Why did they come to Kasauli? 😆🤣

This is hilarious! Next level reasoning just to hide how absolutely negligent Abhimanyu is as a father. Well, already he didn't know Abhir was acting up in school with his teachers, his grades falling.. Child abuse in his own home being bullied by his cousin. Now he is found negligent in Abhir's safety too. Like, which court wouldn't find him guilty of negligence. Especially when he has full custody of the child. Amazing 😆
