He is giving respect to her age I think but were required he confronts her but with lot of diplomacy. Rest of the house is like agrees with whatever Pooja says. When it comes to work , PB does lot of work compared to others and divides work fairly.

Nobody won TTF. Elvish and Jiya both had 58 coins and BB told them to either agree on one of them getting TTF or none getting it. Bebika kept screaming that none should get and Abhishek realized that if it's on voting, Jiya has more supporters in the house. With the result, none got and no captain too.
