I don't have no clue about actual law. Just following what was shown. The judge clearly said that weekend visitation rights were subject to Abhimanyu's approval. Couldn't this condition be appealed against? Okay, then Akshara says that she will fight for custody in higher Court. I thought that must be it. Now from where music teacher has come? Is Akshara doing both internship and this? When will she get time to prepare for Abhir's case then? From the precap, it looks like Akshara breaks down completely after the revocation order and AkshNav leave for Kasauli. In a way, maybe Akshara will be able to focus more there on Abhir's custody case rather than here instead of roaring at Abhimanyu or becoming music teacher.

One thing is clear from the writer’s perspective— they have left no stone unturned to show the Birlas as the biggest villain, led by Manju, the boss, in Abhir’s life.

In all this what about poor abhir :( it doesn’t make sense to leave Udaipur at this point, ofc it’s heartbreaking but leaving the internship half way is not helpful either.

I don’t agree with them going to kasauli now. Kasauli is gonna remind her more of abhir. Maybe maybe abhir also escaped Udaipur and lands there

Abhimanyu was involved in Abhir’s life more as his docman than as his dadda.

It makes it look more like he considered Abhir as a trophy or a toy which he wanted at all cost so that he could offer it to his mother so she could do with it whatever she wanted. Once he accomplished his task he became disinterested with his possession.
