How is Akshara wrong in taking her son away from such an environment?

This woman raised her son in a way everyone would praise him but now she gets called to his school saying he can be expelled and no other school in the city will take him? My mother would flip when she would go to school for my brother because he used to talk a lot interrupting kids and teachers (with time he got better lol but he was a very talkative kid). Here, we are talking about a mother who lost his custody less than two weeks ago and she is being told her son may not be in this school nor any other school?

Tomorrow will be her day. She will cook and eat everyone and when they won't have any words in their defense, they'll remind her of law and go to court lying about her interference in her son's life and the "fake court" will terminate visitation rights without holding a proper hearing or looking into the matter (fake court because in real life it doesn't happen this way). FYI, when the case reopens, the principal can be a good witness so I hope Akshara utilizes her.

Akshnav have been called out by everyone including myself for lying and hurting their son so that he could go to Abhimanyu. But, disrespecting his teacher, having an attitude, and showing tantrums is not due to what his parents told him. This child wanted to be a good boy so he can go back to his parents because he thought he was a burden and a bad boy so why exactly would he create hurdles for himself to go back? This child does not have anyone to talk to. He barely sees his parents but is not comfortable talking to Abhimanyu or Ruhi either. He used to share everything with them. This child is not happy and worse for him is on the way. Abhimanyu does not "lie" so what will he tell his son when he asks why can't I meet my parents on the weekends? Ruhi was easy for Abhimanyu to parent because she was not snatched from her parents so we can't compare these two situations. Ruhi loves her poppy and wants to stay with him but Abhir doesn't. Just because he's a good father to Ruhi doesn't mean he'll be good for Abhir.

I have always given Abhimanyu benefit of the doubt because he was not intentionally trying to keep Junior away from his parents but his haq as a father and his mother's intentions/insecurities/evilness would always have control over him. Now, no matter what Akshara says, even if she threatens to take Abhir away from them, and abhimanyu files for termination of visitation rights because she was violating the order and meeting the child without his permission, I will no longer have any respect for him. As a father, he himself should send his kid back or at lease allow Akshara to take him back legally but looks like this man does not care about his son nor his well being and thinks if Akshara won't be in the picture, his son will get better. He will truly be stealing Abhir from his mother after this and there is no going back from there.

@bold totally agree even my mother used to get angry on such complaints. But Imagine getting so angry and flipping all the time on these points while you expected another mother to pamper when she lost a child that too adult. Calling it a choti si galti.

How hypocrite is this to act impulsive, angry, going zombie mode ever since you only lost the custody of a living child while still blaming the other family for not treating you right when somewhere because of you there child passed away.

So Akshara cannot fight for her son because someone’s adult child was with her during the time he got killed? Manjari doesn’t even talk about this child no more so why should Akshara for the rest of her life stop caring about her 6 year old son? After listening to what the principle had to say, she should go home and mourn Neil’s death and let her child suffer just because she has to be considerate of MK and her pain?

Principal told Manjari about Abhir’s behavior and she chose to ignore it as if it was nothing. She was told that he will have detention so she decided to lie to her loving son that she sent the kids out because Abhir was sad yet Abhimanyu will not question his mother but roar at his ex wife “tum meri maa se aise baat nahi kar sakti” 😂

Maan liya that abhir was enormously hurt with that lie and akshnav were cruel to him ..but why can't the love of birlas reach him? Why isn't he getting healed if abhim loves him this much ? Why can't abhim introspect ?

Akshara must take him away and tell him the whole truth before its too late.

Yes Exactly. When all are expecting AbhiM to leave and forget his child coz 6 years ago he divorced hi wife. Then exactly this.

Back to comment not mourn bht atleast a supposed empath person can realise okay this is how it feels maybe that's why they were lashing out all these years ago. And I felt bad it hurts. I am better than them so why not i try to talk in a reasonable way coz until or unless i reopen the case and win it back my shouting is not only going to make things bad for my son who no matter what I say is still going to live there and I might loose my visiting rights which she will. But guess what Akshara too is always impulsive and never think of the consequences- a) didn't think before going right in front of goons b) didn't think that maybe legally I make my Son Abhir Goenka or Akshara and verbally tell him his father is Abhinav ( same story line but would have saved her the inquiry and helped her in case) c) everyday she has visited BH and created ruckus. Every sentence of the restraint order is true. When AbhiM was talking to you politely, when he himself bought Abhir to Goenka house. Maybe baat krlete k kaise krna hai yeh transition but nahi humara gussa sarve sarva toh jab tumhra gussa gussa toh dusre ka kyun nahi?

Clearly it's a parallel to show how in impulsiveness and anger you ruin things for your self.

can you imagine a father who was supposed to be sad that his son was away from him for 6 years, get the sole custody...and then thats it....

he is comparing the child's struggle to settle in his toxic family after leaving his loving family..to his own and his family's struggles??

akshu had given an opportunity in a hidden manner to abhi to b close to abhir...and abhi ne use blame hi kar diya saari family ke saame....without talking to him....

mujhe lagta hai...yeh saare points are for akshu getting the custody....

the change in abhir is very very visible....

Abhimanyu can’t be a good father to Abhir because AkshNav lied to him! Abhimanyu doesn’t see Abhir’s pain because AkshNav lied to him! Abhir is turning into someone he isn’t because AkshNav lied to him. Abhir doesn’t share with Abhimanyu because AkshNav lied to him. No! Abhir simply does not what to be with his biological father nor the Birlas!
