She was hurt seeing him getting married to Azka but we don't know whether she still has feelings for Altamash or not. When they come face to face then we may get the clarity about whether she still has feelings for Altamash or not. At present, her focus is on getting her father hurt and Khursheed too because she believes that her father didn't want her to marry Altamash and ultimately she lost her love, Altamash.

She is an 18 or 19 years old girl with no real life experience. She liked Altamash from a very young age. She has that inclination towards Altamash and can't say no to him fearing that she might hurt him. She misunderstood her father's caution for her as him trying to separate her from Altamash. And also her father's constant appreciation towards Khursheed made her feel insecure and she developed a dislike towards him and it got reinforced by her aunts' brainwashing about Khusheed and his mother being greedy people. She is of the impression that Khursheed and his mother have ulterior motive of getting her father's wealth and she believes that to achieve it Khursheed is even ready to get married to her. At present, she believes that her father never wanted Altamash and her to be together and he achieved it. And she already believes that Khursheed wanted to marry her for her father's wealth and now he achieved it so may be her dislike increased towards him. So now I think she wants to hurt both her father and Khursheed.

Thank you for the explanition. I understand now why she is upset. I remember in Woh Pagal Si female lead had the same problem with her husband, although circumstances were different. It was a good watch.. and I feel this drama too is a good one .
