Shivu may have done that himself!

Pretty sure it would be Shivu. He also strategically placed the cream on Abhir's sleeves. His plan to discredit Abhir infront of Abhimanyu whose attention he misses as the only son in the house. Its all gonna come out eventually. He's gonna be exposed screaming out his kartoots when Abhir finally opens his mouth and tells his actual parents the truth.

Abhir has not messed up the cake but why is he not saying the truth. Poor Kid, he is getting into a shell in the big family. He is not getting proper guidance moreover he is confused. I am not saying AbhiM is not trying, but he is a busy professional so balancing is very difficult. He has to leave him with Dida and Abhir cannot be transparent with Dida. Manjari should really change her attitude for the child's well being.

Abhir not reaching GH, is not good. But both gurdian should be transparent. Manjari - you speak venom to Akshara but cannot call her and say there is a road block. Akshara - seeing it is raining she should be more careful. AbhiN and AbhiM has better understanding that way.

These are practical scenerio, where it is not intentional but kids mental state goes for a toss.
