Neil was adopted through a orphanage.

Manjari was aware of his parentage but she informed no one. Morality wise isko jisko jaisa dekhna hai depends per person but law wise.

Manjari use to visit an orphanage with her son Abhimanyu to make sure Neil is doing fine but Abhimanyu got attached and one day he threw a tantrum k Neil k bina nahi jayega and then she adopted him through that orphanage.

I am not even making this story. That's what in one of the episode Abhimanyu told Akshara.

Conclusion is Manjari did not forge any legal documents. She hid the truth that this child is the illegitimate son of her husband.

Also, this isn't relevant to the post. Though i answered your comment but doesn't relate to the fact that why is Nav crying again and insecure about his position as a father in Abhir's life. Didn't he entered in this knowingly.

There are no perfect parents ..how is abhinav as a father? How good was he as a father ? It can be seen in abhir ..he was a happy child , had positive outlook of life , he was sensitive to others pain, he was willing to help others , he never harbored negative feelings for those who hurt him and I can go on endlessly..whatever abhir is today is only bec it's abhinavs upbringing. ..

I won't Include akshara , she was broken from inside all these years ...her love for abhir can't be questioned but may be she alone couldn't shield abhir from herself . Perhaps she would be a negative influence on abhir due to her own disturbed mental condition ....

Like I said before , its easy to love your own blood ..infact many times it's taken for granted maybe that's why a lot of parents falter ...but for someone like abhinav who loved abhir selflessly all these years , the appreciation is well deserved. ❤
