In kdramas they go for another season for thrillers or dramas that mostly has episodic story like dr romantic which has each episode dedicated to different patience. They don't do that with slice of life or romantic dramas.

Before KA, I liked iqra-billu more than sajal-billu. Even though I hate the drama o loved their chemistry. They looked so freaking good together. They also are cuties together.
