She already planted a seed that Abhi won because of his financial status.

Abhir used to be happy with Abhi than everybody else before. now he is totally thinking for his mom only.

Maybe they may show that he hates his dad and using that she might be going to win the case!

If they are planning the case a second time mostly they will make Maa wins! that's why they are showing a more sympathetic side to Ak than Abhi!
