Why should judge go to these lengths when parties involved didn’t want child to be heard. Ak’s lawyer told Ak it would benefit their case if they take Abhir to court but Ak didn’t want Abhir to find out who his real father was, so she refrained Abhir from appearing in court.

In all probability, if AbhiM would have lost, Abhir won’t have known about AbhiM ever based on condition put forth by BP, so bringing him to court would have been in AbhiM’s favour, as win or lose then Abhir atleast would have know his rwp. And that is what AbhiM wanted but he went along with Ak and Abhinav’s wishes to safeguard Abhir.

So why blame this on Abhi or Manjiri or judge, it was Ak’s doing. 🤷‍♀️
