No one would have blamed Ak if she wasn't carrying babies. That is all the difference. If you are responsible for another life that changes things. If Ak fought goons with Neil in any other situation and Neil died - I doubt people would have blamed her. Things like this have been shown in ITV plenty of times and usually FL is supported. No one is heartless not to help girls getting trafficked. But this was a very specific situation where this was just a stupid decision.

Exactly! I have also witnessed a child custody being granted to the mom even though her income was less than the dad’s. He got visitation rights and was asked to pay child support. I’ve also witnessed another case where custody was granted to the mom who didn’t work at all and relied on her parents. Again, the dad was asked to pay child support. So I cannot be convinced that their financial condition was a good reason.annd there was no DV involved either. And BC fraud is also not a strong enough reason to take the kid away. These writers are on something ☺️

But I guess what’s done is done. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just waiting for the story to move forward now.

Until mother is mentally instable and has done really heinous crime, the custody is always given to her.

I have myself seen a case the mother was in prison and her 5 yr old kid used to be in creche of Jail even when her husband and his family were outside.

The Mandoli Jail in Delhi, when we went to creche there, they said they have even send the kids to UK and outside and bear their education costs.

Finances never ever comes in play while custody.

Father has to pay for the kid and mother has the custody and father gets visiting rights.

Agar fraud degree nahi hain and kuch kiya hain akshu ne 5 saalo mein so should use it.

Otherwise father name wala kaand kiya hain usne still it can't make her lose the custody of her kid.

Ya bilkul faltu lawyer hire kiya hain isne ya Judge ko paise mile hain.

She risked her life couple of times before too to save others lives ! This time she is pregnant and she never asked Neil to go fight with goons ,infact she tried stopping him but he decided to go! They lost 2 lives but saved more lives may be that’s how she saw the situation or she tried helping but the situation went out of her hands and the tragedy took place ! Even after that if Ak dies instead of Neil would AbM and Mj throw him out too ? Nahi na ! So she was right when she said he never considered her as a family member!

But the situation was different this time, she was pregnant and fighting goons in that critical condition cannot be justified. By trying to fight the goons, they not only put their lives in danger, even the girls lives. What if the goons actually did something to the girls as well!!!

Also with regards to Neil, if Akshara asks me what would you do, if you were in my situation, I would definitely follow her, as this is emotional manipulation. And even after reaching the location, Akshara first tried to get out of the car. Neil stopped her, took her promise and then he jumped to fight the goons!!!

What happened that day was unfortunate, but both Neil and Akshara were irresponsible!!!

Adding to this since Chaitu has blocked me from directly replying. Abhi didn't consider Ak family, I accept that, and her points on that front were 100% right. He would have died if Ak died, though, so no point in comparing what he would have done with Neil.

If Akshu was so much capable of controlling Neil’s actions, she would not have let him marry arohi!!!

Neil ke decisions Uske Khud ke hain!!

Ok I can accept ki she was responsible for her child but how she was responsible for Neil. They had clearly shown that it was decision of Neil. He wanted to save those girls. Which was not wrong at all.

Ok are u guys literally trying to say that they should not save those girls. They should have act selfish because they were physically incapable. They should have left them after inform the police. In real life sub aisa hi sochte hain isliye itne crimes hote Hain. And those who sacrifice their life for unknown person unko gaaliyan hi padti hai.

And also how those girls were not AK responsibility. Wo toh usi k NGO ki ladkiya thi na toh somehow she was responsible for that kids. The people calling her kind nature as irresponsible behaviour.

@lagjagale , am trying to like and quote ur other post in the same thread but couldn’t as it said the user might have blocked !I thought u blocked me! Could be a glitch I don’t block ppl unless they get personal for mere tv show ! A few who I have never interacted have blocked me for unknown reasons 😀!
