The entire case is different. Here Shivu was born when Parth and Shefali are still married. Parth is the legal father of Shivu on papers.

It will be a simple Divorce case basis DV in which s child is involved so obviously custody will take place. Which I feel Shefali will get.

Also, just realised manjari judge thodi hai 😂 Manjari k kehne se kuch nahi hota hai bhai. Abhi won coz court ne order diya and waise hi I feel in Parth and Shefali case Shefali k chances jyada hain.

Maybe considering Parth is a loving dad and all Joint mil jaaye

Shefali reminds me of that Shameless Crinjal from AnupaMaa jaise woh ‘Mummy Mummy’ ka jaap karti hai waise hi Shefali ‘Chachi Chachi’ kehti hai!

And both of them have trash husbands but will never leave them and will instead stay in their house and will continue to be an unpaid maid!

Am sure Shefali will win. She will def get shivu custody with Parth having visitation right. Probably this will also be the writers way of showing that court looks at the child future. One Shefali is independent she can take care of herself and maybe she is not as rich as the Birla but that’s not really important. The parents need not be on par financially. As long as the parent can give a decent life to the kid that’s good enough to grant custody. And second it’s not that only the mom gets custody or only the father gets custody. Each case is different. And the court will look at the facts and circumstances of each case and grant custody to the parent who will provide a better future to the kid. Then it could be the mom or dad.

Definitely Parth cannot win the case, both maa and beta know this. And they know shefali will definitely file a divorce. Isiliye mahima abhir ka case use kar Rahi hai, apna ullu seedha karne by asking for second chance from shefali. 😂😂
