First of all Sns thank u for the update and saving us from the toxicity. Guys can watch Katha Ankahee show its awesome. I binged watched 150 episodes on the weekend. That show starts from a negative note between the leads and then progresses into the most beautiful relationship. The direction, writing and cinematography is top notch. I am in love with female lead . She truly represents the women of 21st century who is independent, working woman and a single mother. I am in love with this show. It's on Sony liv.

I am also watching this show ... beautiful conversations between the leads ..giving ample time for a relationship to evolve

Noone is in a rush to reach anywhere ..geniune issues..genuine feel ..Katha's breakdown as she realizes she has something for viaan..lot of room for emotions ..conversations.. connection .. it's like a subtle way of giving oneself into a relationship..

I’ve seen some snippets of it - don’t have Sony liv so can’t watch it 😞

Tbh - NUKSH also started off that way - it was great until episode 180 or so. But from what I’ve learned in the recent past, Sony is better are keeping a tighter script. So hopefully it stays that way.
I am taking a long long break from ITV once I’m done with NUKSH. Unless there is a complete overhaul in creative/channel mentality - I am going to stay away 🙈🙈🙈🙈

100% revutty! Ye log apne kartooton se kabhi bhi baaz nahi ayenge. Humein hi samajhadari se kaam lena padega.

Quick update for today:

They completely cut out Jai’s scene for a change which was a relief. Dev and vidhi are heading out to the doctors when satya stops them and is like where you off to. They are fumbling around and dev is like vidhi is sick, she can’t keep taking time off - so we thought we’d go to the doctor. Satya tries to do nadi vaidya (checking the nerve/wrist to find out what is wrong) which freaks them out a little . But then she is like I don’t know anything you go to the doc 😄🤣 satya tells dev that jai came, and she doesn’t know how vidhi deals with him. Vidhi is like he came to see chithra. Dev thinks that he knows why Jai came and is exasperated.

Jai yells at Sakshi and says she’s useless - Sakshi tries to tell Jai that he’s messing with the wrong guy. But jai is like don’t mess with me, just do what I asked you to do.

HP is just coming out of the doctors office and he spots dev and vidhi and he is like they can’t see me here and he dives behind a stretcher and hides. Vidhi is sure she saw him but then can’t find him. They are like mind is playing tricks because they are hiding this good news from everyone.

Dev and vidhi are at the doctors and she is like everything is great, vidhi is preg. The doc starts giving her some care instructions. In a very sweet scene, a super excited Dev is like wait let me write this down coz I am sure I won’t remember anything. He very intently listens to what the doctor says and writes everything down and asks a bunch of questions too. Vidhi is overwhelmed with all the care and love and hugs him.

HP comes back home where a very worried bims is waiting for him. He lies to her and tells her he went for a walk and she isn’t having any of it. But he somehow brushes the matter away and thinks he can’t get bims worried (looks like something more serious - liver issues?)

Later that night vidhi is folding clothes and asks dev what amba wanted. Dev is like why talk about her now and shows her what he’s written in his diary - Devi Raichand (the first two letters from both their names, because she completes him) vidhi is like it’s super cute but what if it’s a boy. For which dev is like if it’s a boy, then when we have a girl next we can go with Devi. Vidhi tells him to write everything down in his diary so that they can look back and relive these memories at a later date. Dev talks to the baby and tells them that tomorrow onward he/she will get a lot of love from everyone in the family. But he already loves them(baby and vidhi) a lot. Vidhi is touched.

Next day morning they are leaving for the day when dev is like I want to tell them now itself. Vidhi is like no let’s wait till the evening so that we can see all their reactions together.

Everyone is at the table and after a round of good mornings, dev is like we have something to tell you - but not now, we’ll tell you at 7:30 in the evening. Satya is like no - now I’m curious tell us now - you can’t tell us you have something to share and that we have to wait till the evening at the same time (I feel you satya 😬 i can’t stand not knowing either), but they rush out and the family is like what’s going on.

Dev and vidhi are driving to work when vidhi suddenly craves icecream. Dev is like sure - she’s like what?you’re saying icecream is ok - dev is like yeah - I read during pregnancy women will crave different things so if you want ice cream you’ll get icecream. He goes and gets her ice cream and that hits the spot. Now that vidhi is in a good mood, Dev tries to get her to agree to tell the family right away. She is like no, in the evening. Then remembers she hasn’t called her folks yet. So she calls bims (who is dealing with HP who slept in and in in pain) and tells them to come to meet her in the evening. Bims tries to get out of it by saying she has work etc but vidhi is having none of it. She is like you have to come. Bims is like ok. She asks hp if he can go since he’s in so much pain, HP is like nothing is wrong with him.

Office nonsense where apparently the entire office is going to enable Jai’s madness and push vidhi to take care of him. He is refusing to open his door and the whole office is worried about him and they ask vidhi to go check in on him. Vidhi also goes - of course he opens the door. He is hurt, vidhi takes care of him and he spews some nonsense. He reminds vidhi that he promised his dad she would find a partner for him. She asks her what kind of partner does he want. Of course he says someone like you. Episode ends

Precap - dev and vidhi play dumb charades to tell the family their news. Everyone is super happy for them.

in a continuation of the scene from today Jai seemingly tells vidhi why do you want to search for anyone else, I’ll marry you. Vidhi meri ma - if this is not a dream and you better be telling him off.
