I don’t remember songs from the past self-proclaiming their legendary status, they just became huge because they truly were great
Even when Tum Hi Ho became a rage in 2013, it just “happened”…. The makers weren’t advertising it to be what it turned out to be. Kjo is losing it.
That was indeed a horrible strategy. KJo basically set the song up for failure by mentioning the 90s and Yash Chopra romance and then having all the analysts compare it to previous hit songs. I mean the song just doesn’t have it but without Kjo’s comparison talk it might not have faced the trolling it’s getting now.
Did KJo really say when he’s over promoting it’s because he’s not confident in the product? Hmm
