Pooja is a gas lighter and a big manipulator.. First of all someone needs to make her realise that wisdom doesn't always comes up with age and experience. A younger person can be much wiser than an old narrow minded rigid person.
She age shames the younger generation people in the name of having more experience and uses them as a tool to bully people.

+1. Your analysis about her is on point. You know I genuinely used to like her before I saw her on this show. I enjoyed her films, found her so beautiful, I mean no kidding, Pooja during the 90s could give all these girls in BB a run for their money, but after seeing her personality on the show I got turned off big time. I watched some of her interviews, and I liked how articulate and well spoken she was, she does speak quite honestly, the things she says I am sure a lot of people in BW won’t, but here on the show she is using all that wisdom and her voice to dominate others and like Abhishek said “forcing others to accept her opinions”. She very conveniently turns a blind eye to the wrong doings of her own group, and lectures other people on the smallest of things. She questions their education, parvarish, humanity, calls them graceless etc and all that rubbish for something as basic as standing up for themselves or having an opinion which doesn’t match with hers.She treated Palak so badly for no fault of hers, constantly taunted her about the “Ehsaan” they did on her by giving her that currency, judged Aaliya’s character so harshly and called her soul “dark” and all that crap, kyu bhyi? Aisa kya kia uss bandi ne? Aaj the way her whole gang treated Aaliya was below humanitarian grounds and Pooja then has the audacity to lecture others on how to be a good and thankful person! She reeks of elitism, double standards, arrogance and she only wants people who would soothe her ego, rest with all who don’t agree with her thought process she behaves quite passive aggressively. She even has her moments of wisdom where she genuinely gives good advice to people, I also see a lonely woman in her who just wants to share her life experiences, but she has no right to judge and look down upon others because of their age or according to her own set of standards or rules, this is BB house ffs! She gave a 1.5 hour lecture to Abhishek because he doesn't respect women. Did she respect Palak? No. She had a preconceived bias against her. Did she respect Aaliyah? No. She felt bad vibes and something dark coming out of her. Does Avinash respect women? No. He badmouthed Palak before she even entered the house and after too.
Her standards for her opinions depends on who the target is? If it's someone she likes, then her standards are thrown out the window and she becomes a deaf, dumb, blind bandar. If it's someone she doesn't like, then her standards rise to ceiling and virtually impossible to receive.
Aaliyah eating a piece of cake after Bebika was said she was evicted was bad. No one going out to see Palak when she was eliminated is good.

Completely agree!! Her standards and morals are according to her convenience of likes and dislikes.
One more example where Jiya called Bebika a**hole and Pooja was like watch your words, don't ruin the atmosphere but it was Bebika who started and called Jiya a b**** and how conveniently Pooja ignored it and was going on and on shading Jiya for ruining the atmosphere with abuses.
She is so pretentious and fake like you said who is trying to force a facade of good image and of a wise person with lots of experience when her hypocrisy is very much visible and clear.
