Ranveer is looking good, but Alia looks so awkward for some reason. Both of them had nice chemistry in Gully boy, what happened here. No spark between them.

Alia is looking like the misfit one here but Ranveer is going to get the hit I feel for this movie!

I think this one has officially become a meme.

I do agree that Alia is just not made for these high romance sari clad moments. She just doesn’t have it and these scenes and songs wouldn’t have been anything great even if shot indoors at perfect settings. But I genuinely think part of the problem here was the severe cold weather. You can actually see the discomfort in Alia’s face in all the snowy segments.

I thought Gerua was bland and generic, but this one makes even that look like a classic.

I was so bored... Alia just doesn't have it. Neither does Ranveer. Even the music is passable. Karan Johar movies at least used to have good songs if nothing else. I hope the other songs aren't this bad at least.

Bhaiiii romance margaya kyaa?!!!! I couldn’t feel the romance anywhere…Ranveer never looked this bored romancing someone and Alia looks like she’s holding on to her breath to try and look smoldering and sexy. They look so boring and awkward. Alia just doesn’t have it in her, KJo should stop trying

Also the “wind” in Ranveer’s hair has its own role to play 🤣it’s too much.

Also I agree with others, Arijit’s voice sounds very strained and raspy in a bad way. He needs a break and we need one too.

Agree on lack of chemistry too and LMAO @ the parts where Alia is holding her breath and you can tell 🥺

Wot TF was that? I felt like I had an out-of-body experience, with the trauma seeping in as I remembered the forced chemistry between SRK and Katrina during Jab Tak Hai Jaan. It appears that I’m reliving history.

Ranveer and Alia have zero chemistry. I almost want to enter the screen and ask Ranveer to blink twice if he’s being forced or blink thrice if his life is in danger. I will save him. I saw his cry for help the way he scrunched up his nose and moved his face to avoid being whiplashed by her hair. You wouldn’t see Mohammad Ali dodging a left hook that fast.
