If all the right and wrong were decided only in the court, then the world would be filled only with courts and not house/families.

Agreed!!! The foetus were a part of the mother, but the babies belong to the father as well.

If we are taking about human beings, even Neil was a human being, he lost his life in that incident.

There were incidences before the leap where Abhi and Akshara saved people in fire accident, one in the camp and the other time in their own hospital.

They were in a position to help them. Here Akshara herself was not in a position to help herself. So the theory of Akshara being mahan doesn't hold good here.

Once they are born, they become their own autonomous beings— human life with rights. You comparing Akshara's decision to risk her own life and body to save other lives to Abhimanyu broaching a disruptive topic in between a wedding is a gross false equivalency.
