I had some doubts on watching episode 99, but after yesterday, you'd probably think he is 80-20 real (no connection with Senapati/Rajpurohit)

Yesterday the Senapati made a small point while being drunk- he might have lost some battles here and there, but he never loses a war.

Think it points to the reverse happening in this marriage track. He'll probably win most of the small battles (which would cause a fair bit of pain to Dhruv and Tara), but lose the big war (ultimately Tara's marriage won't happen to him)
