There has too many scenes on the show after Mariyam's track that has no relevance to the story.

Actually whole meesam hospital drama is for saba -meerab milan.. Nothing else.. Here people thought meerasim have heart problem, leukemia and what not. Then meerab will go back to murtu because of lack of money for treating meesam.NM ne sabko ullu banadiya..
