Wow, this is the masterpiece Nooran the great wrote for 4 years and Siraj and Kaddu uncle served us for 6 months.
to be honest, this twist in Murtasim is completely believably from Nooran’s feudal and misogynistic and backward point of view. She truly believes that it was natural for poor Murtasim who spent 2 years looking for his wife to finally give in to his behan jaisi cousin. Haya ki mohabbat ke saamne, woh majboor ho gaya. In her mind, men have needs and they can only wait 2 years uske baad it’s normal in her world for them to move on.
And now when he finds out about Meerub, he will want her back and that’s apparently normal too.
If you see this from her point of view, the whole story is from the point of view of Haya. She will forever love without her one true love (Tere Bin) after doing everything to try to get him. And she sympathises with This vamp in the name of Sacchi mohabbat. That’s why they show Haya so ready to give herself to Murtasim and Meerub so dheet almost making her the villain for rejecting Murtasim the greats love.
I have not seen something so regressive and pathetic (although ITV is right there with Nooran) in a long time.
I vow to never watch something written by this woman. And I would request Yumna and Wahaj to pick better scripts here on. Even though they got the hype that they got from this show, everyone will forget this drama as it was the worst one in a long time.
I felt have I been harsh on TB yesterday but I'm 💯 bang on, it's a masterpiece in torture😭.🤣
