Maybe there could be something that she witnessed as a young child but Vidur said in a prior episode that Prem and Bhumi left the family after Yuvika's birth.

My prediction is Dhanraj is behind these allegations on Prem.. coz Prem was younger to him nd still CEO so he framed him so that he leave the company.

Gargi can also be there along wid Dhanraj in this planning.
