Is Ek Din a magic realism romance?
I don't think one can expect so much from Manjiri😆.....her function is just to do kaand.....she is rarely able to see any task to fruition😆. For now, her job was to lagaao that chingaari in Nav and she's done that. Baaki ki kismat ka faisla depends on writers ka mood.
They are still trying to lay very heavy emphasis on Nav ki bechaargi....his every dialogue is about "mera kya" and "my family"....lol even Nav today didn't say anything about let it be Akshara's choice and I will agree to what she says....he was just crying saying "what about me"....so his selfish thinking also comes through clearly.
He was also giving weird/cold looks to Abhi in the morning so it's quite possible he may lash out at Abhi soon as well.....I'm seeing restlessness and insecurity continuing to build in Nav no matter what "main ideal patni" drama Akshara keeps doing around him.

Forgot to add, akshara loves him. Why should he let her go? I wouldn’t wish a person like akshara even on my worst enemy, let alone Abhi.

It's a joke to even call these scenes "romantic" 😆 but that is what the screenplay seems to be attempting and one can only cringe or laugh at these scenes....there is no chemistry and Pranali's acting is very fake and forced in these scenes. Infact this entire Mrs. Sharma persona is wearing very thin now and looking extra artificial.

that’s the funny part kuchh bhi karke jo karna chah rahe hain makers woh ho nahi paa raha ..making them lead couple ..waiting until they realize their efforts won’t come to fruition coz itna aasaan bhi nahi hai chemistry dikhana…I know harshad keeps giving credit to writers for chemistry but actors play an equal if not more imp role…jay soni can’t match up to harshad n pranali clearly looks disinterested no offense to herOriginally posted by: Hopefaith

Jab baaki sab log itne besharam selfish banke baithe hain toh judgement sirf Manju ke liye hi kyun? Let her also get a chance to show her kaand wala talent😆.....aise time pe Manju ke bedhadak "main buri toh buri hi sahi" fundas become useful . Baad mein blames daal lena jitne bhi daalne hain.....Manju can use all her usual brahmastras of fainting etc. as well if Akshara tries to say too much bakwaas to her😆
Akshara is not even worth talking about right now.....I'm enjoying Manju ke bindaas kaands for now....lol hope she doesn't get cowed down in guilt by Arohi or Nav tomorrow....aise hi besharam hoke karo Kaand, Manju ji.....besharam Sharmas ko besharmi se hi mirror dikhana padega😛
