The show is still getting the trp.. he’s done great cost cutting with removing the entire Birla fam.. removed the dependency from HC.. and still he has all the pathways open to him.. he can go for abhira or akshnav.. it’s all open.. it’s just genius..

He has built a 3rd set and employed additional artists along with Jai Soni. No cost cutting with the current trps. DKP's Anupama has picked up steam so it is just the balancing act.

Yeah he is no longer dependant on Abhira probably the makers never wanted to make them permanent in the long run.

Anyways cannot compare Abira with Naksh or Kaira, they were hardly together..Thanks to the subpar screenplay, dialogues their romance never had any depth, in fact looked cheesy.

Apart from separations both did not have any major track together. If his real motive was to highlight that love at first sight always does not work then yes DKP is successful.

Removing dependency from HC is a big deal to me because I don’t think pranali is big enough as of today that you would need to worry about replacing her.. and the extra efforts that HC and P are putting in pr nowadays makes me think that RS is getting his way..

DKP has burnt money on the writers. I guess he never wanted to follow IN, his actual theme for the current generation is compatibility.

I don't think HC and PR are spending on PR except for attending awards. As far as SBS is concerned, the MD knows HC since his KD times and her company has arranged day outs with HC earlier also.

He is straddling two ship because it's getting engagement. I highly doubt the team would show this if they weren't getting a benefit. It may not be high TRPs, but it's something. One episode it's family scene with one pair then next episode it's a family scene with another pair. You just have to wait to get your pair lol.

Honestly, if he went with one ship and completely focused on them the TRPs would be higher. The show has been stagnant with 2.3 before the leap, which allegedly got him a notice from the channel, but now it's been stagnant with 2.1 for months.

I don't know him personally, but to me it's like Gen 2 had more effort and thought because he wanted to prove he could outdo Gen 1 because how it ended with the actors. He had a point to proof. That no one was above his show.
