Theory 1:
MK will meet Rohail and get clarity that she isn't wjth him (not because he thought she was cheating on him but because that's the only kadi left). They will fight (Rohail bts) and he will know what Mee said in the cafe.
Till now we saw lifeless Murtu because he doesn't know she has feelings for him. But the day he gets to know he will find her...by hook or by crook.
After Rohail the only remaining kadi would be Haya's involvement. He had warned her before "agar tumhara haath". He might use this as an opportunity to plan something against Haya to get her to confess.
Theory 2:
What would hurt Haya the most? Even w/o Mee, MK would never love her. The marriage would be for namesake. He would not give her Meerab's place. This will act as a base for Haya's redemption (NM is def pro Haya). This will make her realize that MK will never love her a d how she F up.
