Well, dear Devil, I already thought that it is Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani but then, when you wrote about a possibly not well known movie, I got confused and rewatched the movie...and bingo, I still think that the others and I are right... 😉

Plot:

This nail biting love saga has all the elements of a perfect bollywood romance.

A confusing love triangle...to say the least ... at least at the beginning no triangle in sight---

One sided love and college sweethearts....absolutely

love making you a better person.....if you truly love somebody else (apart from yourself)

A train journey.....no doubt about that

the classic Abba Nhi Manenge....three fathers, even

holding ur child captive to prevent them from marrying....not nice, yes

kidnapping ,ransom, rescue.....all the three, with a very slapsticky rescue

corrupt politicians ... everything for winning the election

a runaway bride...more than once

and offcourse finally the leads are together after a lot of trials nd tribulation ... oh yes, a whole lot

If I ask you some questions, would you - honestly - answer them with "yes" or "no"? (like in a genuine game)

1 - Are the emotional scenes quite intense?

2 - Does the movie show a lot of what is called 'chemistry' between the two leads?

3 - Is there a lot of slapstick-like comedy in the movie, already when introducing the 'hero'?

4 - Is Charlie Chaplin mentioned in the movie?

5 - Is the leading lady's character an orphan?
