What he left unsaid was probably that siraj can't maintain the standard throughout the show... He can't direct the show as a whole..
Rubina on Kya Drama hai said something similar that Siraj is a "shots" director. Each shot is done well but there is no continuity or consistent character graph between scenes. Like how actors are feeling one way in a scene and in the subsequent scene, their emotions are in a completely different place - delinked from what preceded just before. She also said that seasoned directors like Siraj have the leeway to deviate 50-60% from the script, so she was surprised why Siraj is not filling these gaps and loopholes - as this is something typically expected of directors.
MB in her interview also said somethings which made it seem that Siraj is a very sloppy director.
